Information we collect
On the marketing site we may collect details you choose to submit through the contact form, such as your name, email address and message. The live demo contains only fictitious sample data created for demonstration purposes.
How information is used
Contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss licensing, hosting or custom development. We do not sell your personal information.
Self-hosted installations
When a school runs Emsly on its own server, the school is the data controller. Student, staff and parent records are stored in the school’s own database and infrastructure and are not accessed by us.
Cookies & local storage
The interface stores a display preference (light or dark mode) in your browser’s local storage. Analytics or marketing cookies are only used if explicitly enabled for a deployment.
Data retention
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate follow-up, after which they are deleted on request.
