Refund Policy

Because Emsly is delivered as digital software, refund eligibility depends on how you purchased it. The applicable policy is described below.
Purchases through CodeCanyon
If you bought Emsly through CodeCanyon or another Envato marketplace, refunds are governed by that marketplace’s refund policy and are handled by the marketplace, not directly by us. Please review their terms and submit any request through your purchase account.
Direct purchases
For licences sold directly, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software has a material defect that we are unable to resolve. Because the product is delivered instantly as source code, refunds are assessed case by case.
Custom development & services
Work on bespoke features or consulting is billed per agreed milestone. Once a milestone has been delivered and approved it is generally non-refundable; any exceptions are agreed in writing beforehand.
